By requesting services, submitting an inquiry, or engaging with Tony Can Fix It (“the Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in material costs, labor availability, or adjustments to the project scope.
Clients will be notified of any changes to pricing or scope before work proceeds.
Payment Methods: We accept cash & e-transfer
HST Surcharge: A 13% HST surcharge applies to all payments made via e-transfer, in accordance with Ontario tax regulations.
E-transfer details: BMO Account jezz_v13@icloud.com
Cash Payments: Cash payments are accepted in full compliance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act and applicable tax laws.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your project start date.
Final Payment: Invoices are issued upon receipt of payment. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any changes to the initially agreed-upon scope of work must be confirmed in writing via email or a signed amendment.
Additional costs or delays resulting from client-requested changes will be communicated promptly before work continues.
Tony Can Fix It is not liable for pre-existing damages, hidden defects, or unforeseen complications discovered during the course of a project.
If such issues are encountered, the client will be notified immediately. Additional work required to address these issues will be treated as a change to the scope of work (see Section 3).
